Perception Surveys

CityMenderSA’s Perception Surveys are designed to give communities a voice, turning local insights into powerful, actionable data for urban improvement. Through structured, region-specific surveys, we collect and analyse public feedback to better understand residents’ concerns, priorities, and perceptions around service delivery, safety, environmental management, and infrastructure quality.

Each survey aims to identify trends, highlight pressing issues, and inform both community organisations and local government on where change is most needed. The results feed directly into CityMenderSA’s data analytics dashboards, helping decision-makers and residents track performance and progress over time.

Musgrave / Essenwood UIP Perception Study
